Questions people ask us

What if some people never order?

That is fine. On the close day we print only the pieces people ordered. If you pay once, you pay for those pieces, at the price the group reached. If each person pays for their own, nobody pays more, and you pay nothing.

Can each shirt have its own name and number?

Yes. Turn on names and numbers when you set up the group, and each person types their own for the back.

How fast will I get it?

We print in 3 business days after the group closes, then ship it free by USPS Ground, usually 2 to 5 business days more. The Studio shows the arrival date for your address before you pay.

Can I see a proof before you print?

Yes. Tick "Send me a proof first" and we email you a proof within one business day, before we print. Our art team checks every logo either way.

What if something is wrong?

If the print is wrong or the garment has a fault, tell us within 30 days and we reprint it or refund it, your choice. The full policy.
